· Payments through other currencies (ex. PHP, EURO) must be exactly equal to their price listed here.· The current payment methods I take are Gcash and Paypal.· Payment must be done after flat-color sketch is given and approved. Late payment or half payment may be allowed only if the client maintains active communication and shows continued interest in the commission.· Small additional charges may be requested accordingly:— An additional character will be x2 the base price of the chosen variant.— Props additional fee will depend on how difficult or large the design is. The range for the additional charge is $0-10.— Background additional fee will be the base price + 40%.— Changes to the character's design midway through the drawing process will require an additional charge. See the TOS, section '02 PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUNDS' for more information on this.
ADOPTABLES
This page is for information relating to my adoptables, how I sell them and how it works. I'm not used to doing adoptables, so forgive me for any confusion!
Currently no adoptables in sale for now. Don't fret, for a batch of them will be coming soon!
Adoptables are sold either at a fixed price or auctioned and sold to the highest bidder.After the aquiring of an adoptable, the character—as well as the creativity rights to that character—are given to their owner.

TERMS OF SERVICE

#01 RIGHTSI, as the artist, have the right to do the following.
— Keep my watermark on the commissioned piece no matter what.
— Use the commissioned artwork or the process timelapse for self promotion.
— Use the commission in places and platforms such as my personal portfolio, my social medias, etc.You, as the buyer, have the right to do the following.
— Use the commissioned artwork for personal use. (e.g. use as a profile picture, a banner, or post the artwork online only with proper crediting to me, the artist.)
— Print the commissioned artwork only for personal use.#02 HIRINGWhen commissioning me, please provide your preferred name/what you'd like to be called, a clear and straightforward explanation on what you'd like to request, clean and understandable reference/s and if you have any questions or specific requests to add.Please—if possible—send 2 or more references. And provide a clear picture that can fit into your request (ex. providing a full body reference for a full body commission). It helps me out a lot.#03 PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUNDSChanges and revisions midway through the drawing process, additional fees will be added to the price accordingly. Maximum of 8 revisions
— During the Sketch Phase = $0 / Free
— During the Flat Colors = $2 - 5
— During Rough Rendering = $5 - 8
— During Final Details = $8 - 10I will not be adding any major changes or revisions (e.g. big props, hair color/style change, clothes change, etc) after starting rough rendering.Like stated in Commissions, cilents are allowed to ask for a partial refund under certain circumstances. Below are the amount you will be refunded according to the progress.
— Sketch Phase = 100% Refund
— Flat Colors = 80% Refund
— Rough Rendering = 60% Refund
— Clean Rendering = 50% Refund#04 TIME & COMMUNICATIONIt usually takes me around 1-5 days for the sketch, 0-1 days for flat colors, 3 days - 2 weeks for rough rendering and another 1 week - 2 weeks for clean rendering and final details.➣ Though do note that it mainly depends on my energy, how much workload I have and my health. But I will still try to consistently work on your request to fit these timelines either way.I will consistently update you everyday (most likely around 1 PM - 8 PM, GMT+8) on the progress, even if not much progress was made that day. And I also hope you can maintain good communication with me too so we both have a good experience ♡#05 DELIVERY & FINAL PRODUCTI will first send the finalized artwork through the communication app we are using, (e.g Discord DMs, Instagram DMs.) then I will send it again either via Email or a Google Drive Link.When I send the finalized artwork, I might ask for your permission to use your commission in places such as social media or portfolios, or create a video on your commission and how it went. Just in case you feel uncomfortable with it.
